I am evaluating PageLime as a CMS for my clients who only need to change wording on various parts of their site. So far I have been pleased, mostly with the turnkey system and relative "fool-proof" setup. I am 7 days into my trial.
However, today my client made a change and somehow overwrote the WRONG PAGE. Unfortunately I cannot tell you how he did it. But I can assure you he did NOT copy and paste the content from one page to the other and save (I asked him this and he assures me he edited the page, typed in the new ALL CAPS content at the bottom and hit save. He thinks maybe he must have navigated to a different page before publishing, and perhaps that is how it happened?). Whatever the case, SOMEHOW he saved his change, but when it published, his edit overwrote a different page on the sitemap than the one he was initially editing.
Page he was trying to edit: http://www.cleanfieldproducts.com/index.php
Page that got overwritten: http://www.cleanfieldproducts.com/products.php
Is there any way to look at our account in your system and debug what exactly happened to cause this to occur? Before this I was very excited that I had found PageLime and planned to upgrade to the Professional plan so I could provide this to several of my clients. However, this makes me very nervous about using PageLime.
