For some reason when I hover over the edit bubbles, the background goes to shadow and the editable region highlights fine but when I scroll down the 'shadowed' background does not continue all the way down the page and thus edit bubbles at the bottom of the page are not highlighted! Here are some screenshots to highlight the issue.
