Hello Tom,
Every year I have to submit the contact form a few times asking for an invoice for my company. An automatic payment with a paypal request (is not an invoice!) doesn't count here in europe. My bookkeeper can't accept such documents... so I have to pay this personally (not my company).
When will I be finally be able to download my future invoices without reminding myself and you all the time?

Invoices should be emailed to your account email. Are you not receiving the receipts?
We only send the payment receipt for automatic payments. We don't send a "formal invoice". Is the payment receipt not enough? It should be very similar to an invoice in appearance.

no it isn't... it is missing an invoice number / your company details etc..
My bookkeeper just doesn't take receipts. Is it possible to make up just a quick invoice with all required items in Word or so?
Here in Europe companies have to use invoices... I didn't find out that stupid rule... but fact is they don't accept 'receipts'. Please PM
