I have images on a clients website and using pagelime I allow the client to update these images as and when they require. The problem is that sometimes when they click the image to be replaced, upload a new image and try to use the image cropping tool sometimes the selection area is not there and when I try and click finish I get an error which is either Input string was not in a correct format. or Parameter is not valid Is anyone else experiencing this issue and is there anyway to stop it?

Sometimes when I click on the image instead of the edit bubble, I will get that error. Make sure you click on the edit bubble not the image and let me know if that helps.

I'll have to check this out. It probably has to do with the fact that the zoom crop data (the width and height numbers) are not getting submitted to the server properly.

Am I working on this through email with you? Are you the same Johnathan? Because that issue has to do with the gallery script on the page I think.
