   I inserted a javascript snippet using the HTML button in the edit function. When I click on "Update" in the HTML source editor, it goes back to the "Edit HTML Content" screen, and nothing shows up; but it's still there. Even after you click "OK" in the HTML editor screen, still nothing shows up in the pagelime CMS; but it's still there. If you publish it, you'll the new stuff you just put in.

   So why can we see it on a published page, but not in the Pagelime CMS?

   This is very confusing for clients.

   If we allowed JS to execute every time someone edits a piece of content, you would be getting JS execution all the time.

   So say you have a JS script that duplicates a DIV, each time you edited the script, the duplication would fire, and you'd be in trouble.

   JS in the editable areas ONLY executes on published pages outside Pagelime.
