I noticed there I am having problems when attempting to upload pdf files names that have long file names. The problem seems to occur with anything over 44 characters. Here is the last one I used
Integrated-Energy-Air-Quality-Greenhouse-Gas-Management-Plan-2004.pdf
I did notice the the file uploads and appears in the document manager however when I attempt to link to the file via the document manager pdf icon in the link properties i get the following in the link url box

see how it gets cut off at greenhou near the end there? seems to be truncating at 167 characters
