Hi Pagelime team!

I'm using this CMS system now for 2 months, and i can say it's the best!
Our company is planning to move over 80+ websites to your system the next months.

Still have some questions, we are missing/or would like to see:

1. Love the analytics module, but would like to see the Dutch (The Netherlands) as standard map (in stand of the USA)

2. Some Dutch languages are longer then the english words. Now, some dutch words are not "compatible" with the layout and float over some div's. How to change?

3. How we can add new "pages"? Saw the template system, but it's not yet possible to get a "standard" empty page? So users can add new content pages? Like a article manager?

4. How to add a "news" section to my page? (just some basic and regular news items with a "read more" button?)

5. The iphone app?

Hope this function(s) can be done. Then i'm very very happy with this CMS system.
Maby you can give me also a timeline when some thing can be done? (i know your guys working on some features).

Jeroen... I'm going to dive into these questions. Head first. With no swimsuit. Enjoy that visual.

1. We still consider this a Labs feature, what is most likely going to happen is we're just going to remove the US map all together and just have a world map. It's a cool feature, but we have a lot of bigger things in the works right now. I think majority of people would prefer us to finish these up first then circle back to specific countries in Analytics.

2. We're working on making the internal layout more flexible in the way it handles word placement. Expect to see this fixed in upcoming releases.

3. You can add a new Page from the Site Map page, just don't place any code in it, and you can have a raw page to place your own code into.

4. I would use our repeating regions feature which you can read all about on the PageLime blog, and in this forum.

5. On it's way! We're doing some final big testing now.

1. Very nice, looking forward to it!
2. Goodjob! Nice feature!
3. I know it work's that way, but my customers don't know HTML and don't want to paste this. They want just copy the page, and make a new content page. Is this possible? Is it possible to generate a page without HTML/CSS just a new blank edit field or something like that?

4. I saw the repeating regions. Thank you. Still looking for a "article management" module.

5. Can't wait! Good luck with testing.

Suggestion: maby you can post or show us some upcomming planning schedule? What we can expect, where you working on etc. Now, BAM! a new feature is (beta)released, it's nice to know some upcomming features. Love to follow you guys!

btw, I noticed some downtime in the last 1.5 weeks. can't login, and the cms is down for a couple of minutes?

We know of a network issue that was prohibiting connectivity from certain areas. We're hosted on the Amazon EC2 cloud, and their network connectivity has an effect on our services as well.

We haven't had "true" downtime this year, but we have had network outages that prevented certain European nodes from responding. We're looking to geodistribute better to avoid this, but this will probably be in Q4 2010.

Also - sometimes when we run our releases it creates a 30 sec window where PL hangs until the app recompiles. If any errors result from this, we usually reach out to folks directly to let them know the release coincided with their session.
