Using Joe Workman pagelime stack in Rapidweaver - Parse error

I created page with "simple" theme, added one PageLime Image stack, file name index.php
saved to www.freedaddy.com.au/cm8

When I try to edit I get this error

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_OBJECT_OPERATOR in /home/content/d/b/g/dbgibbins/html/cm8/files/cms_interface.php on line 18

I created another page with Dreamweaver saved to www.freedaddy.com.au/cm8b and I was able to edit it using Pagelime.

I have done other test using other Rapidweaver themes such as "Alpha" and I get the same error all my software is the latest versions

Not sure what's going on here - have you tried reaching out to Joe Workman for support?

Yes they have great support and given me the correct answer- PHP 5 must be available on server -
do this test

Can you create a page, styled text page is fine, and upload it to your server. The only thing I need on the page is this code:

<?php

phpinfo();

?>

If you use a styled text page, please remember to highlight the code and choose ignore formatting from the menu
